the reception staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. the room was charming, furnished with all the necessary amenities, and even had a mini kitchen. the bathroom was sparkling clean and well-maintained. the general store on the ground level provided some convenient and practical shopping options.

The location of the accommodation was somewhat inconvenient, far from the main tourist attractions and city center.

Best Easter vacation ever! the hotel had really comfy rooms, each one with a lovely decoration and clean bathrooms. I truly liked the picturesque location and being able to walk to nearby attractions. the mini kitchen area was a real lifesaver, allowing us to prepare meals at our own pace and budget. We also enjoyed the friendly staff and the fact that they went above and beyond to make the stay great. Worst Easter vacation ever! the only downside was that we struggled to find a place to exchange currency, but luckily the hotel's store provided a solution. This wasn't too big of an issue, but it would have been nice to know in advance so we could bring cash in the right currency. we had a blast and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again for any other event, thanks to the excellent experience, quaint location and helpful staff.

Very pleasant place to stay during our trip. Rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the fact that they had a mini kitchen area in the room, which allowed us to prepare some of our own meals. The general store downstairs was very convenient for buying the essentials. The location was great too, close to everything we wanted to see.

The payment process could have been improved, as it was only possible to pay in the local currency. This made it difficult for us when we arrived late at night and couldn't find an exchange office.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, especially the sparkling clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a charmingly furnished room and a mini kitchen area, made me feel right at home. There was even a general store on the ground level, a great bonus. the best aspects of this hotel were the cute staff, cleanliness, and great facilities.
